Exchange or Return Policy
- We have a 30-day exchange or return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for either.
- To be eligible for a exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- To start an exchange or return, you can follow the Exchange/ Return flow on the website or contact us at hi@islandsofloom.com. We will review the request and schedule a pickup and get back to you. We will pick up the product with 3-5 working days after the request is raised.
- In case of exchange, once the product reaches us post pickup, new product will be shipped as per the exchange requirements within 1-3 working days.
- In case of return, once the product reaches us post pickup, refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 2 working days. Refund details will be shared over email. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after initiated from our end.

Cancellation Policy
You can raise a request to cancel either on Order details page or you can email to hi@islandsofloom.com. We are able to cancel orders as long as they have not been dispatched.
